Hi, just to reply to your question. I penalrsloy take fish oil capsules (two caps daily is fine). I also use extra virgin coconut oil as a spread on whole grain crackers. Although I don’t take hemp oil, I do take extra virgin olive oil and flax seeds. I think that is perfectly fine, as long as you take them earlier in the day. Breakfast is where you need a lot of oils to start up your metabolism and make your body start its engine so to speak. Not too much oil in the evening. Hope that helps
